Sunflower oil is a kind of common edible vegetable oil in our daily life. Sunflower oil is extracted from sunflower seed.The sunflower oil pretreatment & pre-pressing machine we designed is fully adopted mechanical driven, which connects each single machine together to extract oil with higher oil yield and at the same time, change the single machines by manual into the semi continuous production line to liberate the workforce.

Main equipments of sunflower oil pretreatment process
1. Sunflower oil pretreatment & pre-pressing process:
First, using magnetic roller , stoner destoner and cleaning machine to remove metals, small stones , impurities from sunflower raw seeds.
Second, using husking machine to remove husks, separating screen to separate husk and sunflower kernel , here separating screen must not separate completely uf not it will be too slippery for oil pre- press.
Third,For big-size oil seeds, crushing reduces its size to benefit flaking, while for prepressed cake, crushing turns cake to proper size and creats better oil yeild for second press or solvent extraction. Crushing is always necessary for soybean, peanut, palm kernel, coconut copra, tung oil seed, etc.
Fourth,cooking sunflower seeds ready for oil pre-press
Fifth, pre-pressing sunflower seeds. here only pre-press part of sunflower oil , oil residue inside cake (about 12-16%) will be extracted in oil extraction process. After pre-pressed, the crude sunflower oil will be delivered directly to sunflower oil refining , and pressed cake to oil extraction.

If you want to get the crude sunflower oil, only sunflower oil press machine is ok, if you want to remove phospholipids, FFA, pigment, gums, waxes, off flavor and other impurities in sunflower oil,the sunflower oil refining machine is needed.
